Having the courage to break through your (self-imposed) boundaries is challenging for most people. What we need more than anything in the world right at this very moment is for people to find that courage. Robert you have that courage. The only way to reach the Brink is to question every viewpoint and consider each opportunity. Even when it feels absurd, continue forward - right after that is where you'll discover Brink Thinking. You are well on your way brother.

I so pleased that SMASH had an impact on you Robert. As great as the Sterling Conference was, it was more rewarding to see you and a few other people find their wings. There is nothing more rewarding for me personally. As a keynote speaker, my goal is to impact people in a profound way! Thank you for being part of that experience, look forward to seeing your continued growth. God Bless you.

Smash the Competition is a wonderful book. I know that the term "must-read" is overused but, in this case, it definitely applies. I received a copy of the book as a gift from Construction with Heart at the Florida Sterling Conference. I read the back cover and I knew that I had to read this book. I made time in between sessions and read by the pool at the end of the day. As I told Malcolm, in his discussion of Not-Now Fever, I fit into two of the procrastinator descriptions. At least, I used to, before I became a Brink Thinker and began to accept my self-worth and the power that I had inside me. I recommend reading Smash the Competition so that you can Reverse your Expectations and Win! Take it from me, winning feels so much better than not trying, not believing, not being a brink thinker, and not taking control of your life. Thank you Malcolm for being a brother on my journeys and adventures into the world of Brink Thinking!

Certainly you know more about this than I Judy. But isn't this where it all starts - with our kids? Artists like this being incredibly irresponsible - all for the sake of a quick hit. They corrupt the kids, mess with their innocence and never give it another thought. And then we want to know why many predators, deviants and rapists run the streets abducting our kids! Take a peek at my facebook wall on this same subject and see some of the comments, you might wish to respond there.

Judy Cornett, Founder of Predator Patrol will be featured on the MalcolmOutLoud.tv show next week.

This video is an insult to Candyland game and Gummy Bears. Neither represent themselves in a sexual way. Both Candyland and Gummy Bears are favorites to many children. Gummy with the hand gesture is inappropriate and offending.

Seems everyone has an agenda these days Barbara, including judges. The focus must be on alternative energies. We must get serious on clean energy in this country. Until then the oil companies, controlled by greedy executives are in command. The clean-up is an entirely other subject. You simply cannot have everyone running around with the "measure of the day" fix! We are seeing a constant stream of ideas and from what I understand they are reviewing each and everyone of them. Of course I wouldn't hold my breath.

There were extenuating circumstances and they were clearly explained to the ticket reservation manager. They were offered a medical letter from the surgeons as well. None of this did any good, their response was "We don't discount for medical or for bereavement, if you want to change your flight then you must pay the fee". I have passed on your email address to my wife to followup with you to see if there is something that you can do. I am very appreciative that you took the time to reach out. It would be great however if the airlines - including Southwest - would learn the benefits of proper brand building, service their customers with the highest degree of excellence and took their hands off our wallets. Imagine the power that airline would have.

I'm a pilot for SWA. The traveler mentioned SWA wanted to charge more for the earlier ticket. Not all seats are priced the same and therefore when a ticket is changed there may in fact be an increase in the ticket price.

That being said, in the above note there appears to be extenuating circumstances. If you would please pass along my email address to the traveler, I will determine if due to the medical situation a refund or travel voucher could be issued. Without knowing all the details I can't promise anything but the circumstances make me think a suitable solution might be possible.

To answer your question properly, I had to ask Logan why he rated the GoDaddy ads so low. He said "he didn't like them ripping their shirts off, that the commercials were dumb". All from the mind of a six year old. In looking at his scores, he seems to like the ads that are creative and entertaining. Notice that I gave them decent marks, but not the highest. Let me know when you watch them if you agree with Logan or if you liked them Ester.
