About Malcolm Out Loud
Malcolm is a Brink Thinker that adeptly blends the left-brain side of business with his creative right-brain thinking. He launched his first business at a very young age, found his passion in the world of marketing. He has been described as a refreshing breath of air in an often stale and overcrowded boardroom filled by those lacking courage or vision. After finding success leading a marketing agency, Malcolm realized that he wanted life to be about more than the daily grind of the agency business.
He decided to follow his personal rule: If It Ain’t Broke, Break It! and launched Malcolm Out Loud. His mission is simply to engage others in Brink Thinking.

"I am continuously convinced we can do better. We need to realize that each of our individual contributions make up a more advanced and productive society. I continuously see the promise, the hope and the good in all people. Unfortunately, all too often, I find people have it in them but they are hesitant to take the first few steps. I say it often: average is so overrated. Why settle? My ultimate goal has always been to pull out the best in people.
Any of you who have tried their hand at entrepreneurship fully understand that old phrase: “If at first you don't succeed, try again”. That's my definition of entrepreneurship. I have tried my hand at it since I was 18 years old. I have looked at each failure as a step forward to get to the next episode.
Here is to all the Brink Thinkers who helped shape the world for all of its flaws and its glory."
